What I love to eat is a very familiar to young people in Vietnam, and it is sweetened porridge. This is not just a simple dish, it is also a soul of Vietnamese cuisine. Sweetened porridge is such a popular dish of Vietnam, and it is also my favorite snack of all time.

Tran Tuyet nhi:

Vietnam is a tropical country. So there are many kinds of foods and drinks to choose. I like all kinds of fruits such as avocado, mango, orange, apple, etc. But the drink I love most is avocado smoothie. This healthy smoothie is perfect for a breakfast, a quick snack, or whenever I need a healthy boost. Avocados are high in fat, healthy type of fat. They also contain fat-soluble vitamin E, vitamin C. Especially, avocados are an excellent source of antioxidant carotenoids like alpha-carotene, beta-carotene, beta-cryptoxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin that may help slow aging, prevent certain cancers, heart disease, lose weight and improve your skin tone. Let’s enjoy our instant breakfast avocado smoothie and have an awesome day!

Northern specialties

The North - charming but simple tastee South.

The dishes in the North always have harmony, the spices have reciprocity with each other, not tearing the tongue like the Central dishes, not as sweet as the way of the South. The moderate in this tasting has created elegance and sophistication in Northern cuisine.

Distintive marks

Middle specialties

Southern specialties

The Middle - spicy, simple but delicate

On your way down, you will experience a gradual flavor explosion in your mouth. Central Vietnamese cuisine is noted for being bold. The abundance of spices produced by the mountainous terrain in the region makes central Vietnamese cuisine the most spicy, flavorful and complex in the country

The South - sweet taste with diverse styles

Southern dishes are often tasted sweet, fat, high in sugar, coconut milk and prefer natural ingredients, fresh spices

Food Guide

Agenda

Vietnamese food is known to be both healthy and robust in flavour, thanks its generous combination of fresh herbs and greens, paired with rice, noodles, seafood, pork and beef. While many cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offer plenty of fine-dining venues and five-star hotel restaurants decked out in extravagant settings, some of the best (and most authentic) Vietnamese delicacies are actually found at roadside eateries, vibrant street markets, and humble-looking restaurants. A typical meal includes rice or noodles, a meat or seafood dish, a vegetable dish, soup and nuoc cham (fermented fish sauce) for dipping, each of which can easily customised according to your preference. Here’s a helpful guide on what to eat in Vietnam, most of which can be enjoyed just about any time of the day. While most are familiar with pho or spring rolls, there’s a wide range of Vietnamese dishes only available in certain regions so be sure to try them out during your visit.
